This picture was taken at the very appropriately named Speaker’s Corner in Hyde Park, where the general public can air their 10 pence worth on topics as diverse as religion, politics, religion, politics..you get the gist. It is appropriately named because no-one ever seems to listen.

In other news: I am very happy to announce that art website The Wallbreakers has featured the MYLDN series on their site today. Please click here for review.

#MYLDN is (100)!

Me and my camera in my home town, my capital city, my london…

This is the view from Trellik Tower in West London. A lot of the photographs I have taken for the MYLDN series are within the space you are now looking at. As this is my 100th entry, thought it would be good to get an overview on the streets I roam and record. From up here, London looks regimented, organised and vaguely oppressive. Down on the ground it is unruly, random and vibrant. Perspective is everything. Probably better to stay grounded in that case…

This is part of a series entitled UNART which is a  collection of photographs I took in the London Underground during a refurb of my local tube station. They had ripped up years and years worth of posters on the tunnel walls leaving an array of incredible and quite unintentional art pieces. I managed to get a photography permit from London Underground and here are the results. This gallery is being featured today on the art site Wallbreakers.
