I dub thee “The Chameleon Desert Coyote”
I presume this was somewhere near the Joshua Tree on route 62.
He must be related to the Coyote on exodusjoshuatree.com which is a nifty site for fans of the California Desert.
This photo shows excellent use of “centering of a subject” and relies heavily on the excellent and intentionally out-of-focus contrast in quadrant I and II. The foreground colors are shared with the subject yet provide just enough contrast with the subject to underline for the viewer what the photographer wants us to see and feel.
Well done, Babycakes, oh Mayor of London, with a lens.
Cheers.
