Several sightings in several days. Is the Prince of Denmark back? Is it some nod to their being something rotten in the borough of kensington and chelsea? Or a Shakespeare fan trying to illicit more reading of the classics? It doesn’t sound like a graffiti taggers name nor does the style look like it so what’s the deal?
